Fruitful Parenting provides faith-based parenting content, encouragement, educational resources, and guidance designed to support parents in their growth journey. 

 Fruitful Parenting provides educational parenting guidance and encouragement. Fruitful Parenting does not provide medical, mental health, legal, developmental diagnosis, or emergency advice.

Fruitful Parenting includes the GROW AI Guide and may use artificial intelligence to assist with the creation, editing, presentation, or production of written content, audio, videos, illustrations, transcripts, summaries, and other materials. 

The GROW AI Guide is an automated technology service. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are not written or reviewed in real time by a counselor, therapist, physician, attorney, emergency professional, or clergy member. GROW AI provides general educational information, reflection, encouragement, and parenting guidance. GROW AI does not establish a professional, counseling, therapeutic, medical, legal, pastoral, fiduciary, or other confidential professional relationship. 

Artificial intelligence can misunderstand information and may produce responses that are incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate, or unsuitable for a user’s particular circumstances. Fruitful Parenting does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, suitability, or availability of any AI-generated response. Users should independently evaluate all AI-generated information before relying on it or acting on it. When a decision could affect a child’s health, safety, legal rights, education, development, or emotional well-being, users should consult an appropriately qualified professional. OpenAI’s business agreement similarly places responsibility on the customer to evaluate AI output for accuracy and suitability. Parents and caregivers remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, supervision, and care of children. GROW AI should be treated as a tool for reflection and education, not as an instruction, command, diagnosis, professional recommendation, or substitute for personal judgment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fruitful Parenting is not responsible for decisions, actions, failures to act, injuries, losses, or other outcomes resulting from a user’s reliance on AI-generated information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. 

GROW AI does not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, developmental diagnosis, legal advice, crisis intervention, or emergency services. Do not rely on GROW AI when a person may be in immediate danger, when abuse or neglect is suspected, when urgent medical attention may be needed, or when there are thoughts of self-harm or harm to another person. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional immediately. GROW AI cannot contact emergency services, monitor a household, verify facts, investigate abuse, or guarantee that a dangerous situation will be identified. 

Fruitful Parenting may provide faith-based reflections and may reference biblical principles. Such material is offered for general educational and reflective purposes. It is not a substitute for guidance from a user’s pastor, faith leader, counselor, or other trusted community support. 

Users are responsible for the information they submit to GROW AI and must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it. Users should not submit confidential third-party information or personal information about a child unless it is reasonably necessary and lawful to do so. Users agree not to use GROW AI to: 

• Harm, threaten, exploit, shame, or harass another person
• Seek instructions for abuse, unlawful conduct, or dangerous activity
• Impersonate another person
• Violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights
• Attempt to bypass safety protections or misuse the service

Fruitful Parenting may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect users, children, the service, or others. 

Fruitful Parenting may use artificial intelligence tools to assist in drafting, editing, translating, illustrating, voicing, captioning, summarizing, or producing videos, podcasts, written materials, images, and other content. Fruitful Parenting seeks to review AI-assisted content before publication. However, AI-assisted content may contain errors, omissions, or similarities to other material. Fruitful Parenting does not guarantee that AI-assisted content is error-free, unique, or appropriate for every family or circumstance. AI assistance does not change the educational nature of Fruitful Parenting content. Users should apply personal judgment and seek qualified professional guidance when appropriate. 

Users may not submit material to GROW AI that users do not have the right to use. Fruitful Parenting does not guarantee that every AI-generated output will be unique or free from similarity to material created for other users. Fruitful Parenting will use reasonable care to publish material that Fruitful Parenting created, licensed, or otherwise has permission to use. Apple requires developers to secure rights for material within an app and to ensure that third-party services are used consistently with their terms. [developer.apple.com] 

Artificial intelligence services may sometimes be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, changed, or discontinued. Fruitful Parenting may modify or restrict GROW AI features, safety controls, supported subjects, or access when reasonably necessary. 

Users agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully and not misuse the services provided. 

Certain features and content may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's billing and renewal policies in addition to these Terms.

Fruitful Parenting, including the GROW AI Guide and all AI-assisted content, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fruitful Parenting makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fruitful Parenting LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to use of the service, reliance on AI-generated information, inability to use the service, or actions taken in response to the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
