Fruitful Parenting offers an artificial intelligence feature called the GROW AI Guide. The GROW AI Guide provides educational parenting information, reflection prompts, encouragement, and general guidance. When you use the GROW AI Guide, the information you enter, along with information needed to provide the service, may be transmitted to and processed by third-party artificial intelligence and technology service providers. These providers may include OpenAI and the cloud service providers used to operate Fruitful Parenting. Information processed through the GROW AI Guide may include: 

• Questions, messages, and other text you submit
• The responses generated for you
• Technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the feature
• Account identifiers or other information used to connect the interaction to your Fruitful Parenting account, when applicable

Fruitful Parenting uses this information to: 

• Generate responses to user questions
• Provide and maintain the GROW AI Guide
• Protect the service from misuse
• Troubleshoot technical problems
• Improve the safety and quality of the Fruitful Parenting experience

Please do not submit highly sensitive information through the GROW AI Guide. This includes Social Security numbers, financial account information, passwords, detailed medical records, or other confidential information that is not needed to receive general parenting guidance. Users should also avoid entering a child’s full name, address, school, exact birth date, medical record information, photographs, or other information that could directly identify a child. Fruitful Parenting does not sell GROW AI conversations. Fruitful Parenting will not use information submitted through the GROW AI Guide for advertising unless this Privacy Policy is updated and any legally required consent is obtained. Fruitful Parenting may retain GROW AI information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account deletion requests will be handled according to the Account Deletion section of this Privacy Policy, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons. Fruitful Parenting requires service providers that receive personal information to protect that information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable requirements. 

User information may be securely stored and processed by trusted service providers used to operate the Fruitful Parenting platform, including cloud database and artificial intelligence service providers. 

Fruitful Parenting is designed for parents and caregivers and is not intended for direct use by children. 

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support. 

 You may request deletion of your Fruitful Parenting account and associated personal information by contacting support at chris@fruitfulparenting.com. Account deletion requests are typically reviewed in the order received.
